All custom projects begin with a paid discovery session (£350, credited toward the final project cost if you proceed) to scope objectives, audience, and complexity accurately.

Pre-built licenses are paid upfront at checkout. Custom projects are invoiced in stages: the discovery session fee, then a deposit at project kickoff, with the balance due on delivery.
A Single License covers use by one facilitator across unlimited sessions. Unlimited Catalog Access extends usage rights across your full training team. Reselling or redistributing simulation content outside your own training delivery isn't included.
Essential Custom includes one revision round, Advanced and Enterprise Custom include two. Additional revision rounds can be added at an hourly rate, quoted during the discovery call.
Essential Custom projects typically take 2–3 weeks from kickoff. Advanced projects take 4–6 weeks. Enterprise projects are scoped individually based on the number of linked simulations and integration requirements.
